Make noise. Not harm.

Outscream is a short-message board with paid prominence. Humor, harmless profanity, satire, and ordinary disagreement can belong here. A public stage does not make harmful content acceptable, and payment never buys a right to stay public.

Keep it within the rules

No threats, targeted harassment or hate, extremist promotion, private-information exposure, scams or phishing, illegal content, sexual content involving minors, exploitative sexual content, malicious destinations, or impersonation. Unreviewed regulated-product advertising is outside the initial scope.

Do not publish personal data about someone else without a clear lawful reason. Do not encourage self-harm, violence, illegal acts, fraud, payment abuse, or evasion of moderation. If a post involves a minor, sex, coercion, private contact details, or targeted abuse, expect stricter review or refusal.

Messages are plain text, up to 160 normalized graphemes and 2 KiB, with at most one internal line break. An optional name is limited to 32 characters and is not a verified identity. Use the dedicated field for one full HTTPS destination; no URL shorteners or embedded full links in the message or name.

No paid politics

Otherwise compliant, non-targeted political opinion and satire may be published free in Newest with boosts disabled. Campaigning, political fundraising, voter-targeted persuasion, and paid political amplification are not allowed. Paying for someone else's Scream does not bypass this rule.

Checks come before publication

Email confirmation starts text, policy, and optional-link checks. Verification alone never publishes. Uncertain outcomes or unavailable safety providers stay private for retry or operator review, rather than defaulting to approval. Being multilingual is not itself a reason for rejection; adequate review is still required.

Approved links can later change. A stale or unavailable link check may temporarily prevent outbound navigation or a new boost. A safety check is not a guarantee of a site's future behavior or proof of ownership.

Report a real problem

Every public Scream has a Report action with eight categories: spam/scam, harassment, hate, illegal content, private information, malicious link, impersonation, and other. Details are optional (500 characters); optional contact email and reports remain private. No uploads or login are needed.

Reports are reviewed on content and context. Report volume alone never removes a competitor or changes rank. Internal targets are twice-daily review and triage within 24 hours, subject to the required staffed operating setup. No 24/7 response is promised. This is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services for imminent danger.

Hide, corrections, and appeals

An owner with a scoped private session can explicitly hide their Scream. It leaves public pages, boards, new boosts, links, and current share assets; required financial history remains. There is no owner edit or self-restore control.

One email appeal may be made within seven days of a decision. The internal response target is two business days, not a guaranteed service level. See support and appeals. Daily results and origin share images follow the latest eligibility and corrections; third-party preview caches may retain older material.
