The merchant/controller identity, applicable jurisdictions, final consumer terms, tax treatment, privacy basis, service setup, and operating coverage still require real approval. This page does not invent a company, address, registration, or working support service. Public release remains subject to those checks.
Draft merchant details
Outscream is prepared for operation by Bc. Marek Klofera, IČO 21122709, a Czech self-employed person. The registered business address must be verified from the current public register before launch. Support should be configured to use support [at] outscream [dot] lol.
Free to create; immutable after sending
Posting and boosting are for people who are at least 18, or who use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. A free submission becomes an immutable private draft, normally expiring after 24 hours if it has not completed the required flow. Resending does not extend it. Email confirmation and current safety eligibility are required before publication.
If you are under 18, do not make purchases yourself, do not publish personal information, do not submit sexual or exploitative material, and do not use Outscream in a way that creates risk for you or another minor. The operator may refuse, hide, or refund related activity when age, consent, safety, or payment authority is unclear.
You must have the right to publish your words, optional name, and destination and comply with the content rules. Accepted text, name, link cannot be edited; changes require a new Scream. Hiding is available through the private owner flow without deleting required financial history.
One contribution, one stage
A boost purchases relative paid prominence for an eligible Scream on the World stage. Principal is in whole US dollars from $2 to $100 per purchase. Normal retained contributions count toward their verified success-day Today total and the same stage's All-time total. Earlier contributions keep their original scope; no change in navigation moves their money.
Quotes expire within 30 seconds or at midnight UTC, whichever comes first. A refreshed quote needs explicit acceptance. No amount is silently increased, split, or reserved. Other payments may change the order before or after confirmation. There is no recurring paid subscription, account wallet, payout, monetary prize, guaranteed position, guaranteed first-page placement, guaranteed leader duration, guaranteed traffic, or investment return.
Optional email notifications, not a paid subscription
Separately choose free, verified, accountless email updates for new World Today or All-time leaders and for a followed Scream being passed or losing first place on either World board. You may follow up to 20 eligible public Screams without owning them. No posting, payment, or ordinary page visit enrolls you. Only explicit choices confirmed through email activate these optional notifications; receipts, verification, management and necessary safety messages remain separate.
Notifications describe snapshots, not guaranteed positions or every event. Refunds, visibility changes and other corrections may change results. Today resets at midnight UTC; this is not a defeat. Messages are coalesced to at most one per hour, may be delayed or suppressed, and delivery is not guaranteed. An email does not reserve or award a rank.
A separate daily-result choice covers only the selected current UTC day and must be confirmed before that day's midnight. It is not a recurring digest. A snapshot is prepared after next-day 00:10 UTC, subject to recovery and delivery limits; unranked or free-only Screams are not assigned a paid position. Later corrections may change the public result without another email.
Confirmation and management links and email-settings sessions expire after 30 minutes. Unsubscribe-only links last 30 days. Stop any class or all optional emails in settings, confirm the email unsubscribe link, or use a supported mail client's one-click unsubscribe. Recovering management access does not change your preferences. Reverification never automatically clears bounce, complaint or safety suppression. See the privacy notice for processing and retention.
Payment, tax, and the day
Stripe-hosted Checkout collects the necessary billing and receipt information. Review the actual final USD charge, including applicable tax, before paying. Tax is not rankable loudness. Outscream does not add a guessed zero-tax fallback or pass processor fees into a hidden extra bid.
The provider's verified payment-success timestamp determines the UTC competition day. Success at or after 00:00 UTC belongs to the new day even if you opened Checkout earlier. Today resets by reading the new interval, not by erasing history. A Checkout return page is never proof of payment.
Refunds and retained loudness
Duplicates, unauthorized or unfulfilled charges, and applicable current-day remaining payments for withdrawn or removed content are handled under the refund process. Prior-day delivered prominence is not automatically refunded for a later removal. Statutory rights and material service failure still apply.
To request review of a payment, contact support with the Scream ID, the email used for Checkout, the Stripe receipt or payment reference, the date and amount, and a short explanation. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, verification fragments, or management tokens. A request that cannot be matched to a verified payment may be impossible to assess.
By starting Checkout, you ask for the digital prominence service to begin immediately after confirmed payment and acknowledge that completed delivery may limit cancellation rights to the extent permitted by applicable law. There is no ordinary refund solely because another Scream outscreamed you, traffic was low, or you changed your mind after delivery, subject to statutory rights, unauthorized payment rules, and material service failure. This is not an absolute no-refunds promise.
Pending refunds are distinct from completed refunds. Eligible refunds are processed through the payment provider where applicable. Verified refunds and disputes affect retained principal in the original scope/day and may correct daily or All-time results. Open disputes suspend the affected remaining rank credit.
Contact and readiness
Merchant identity, supported billing regions, receipt duties, tax registrations, and final legally approved terms must be supplied before live release. A public stage does not establish buyer or merchant billing eligibility. See support and the privacy notice.
